About The Position

Participate in the team’s daily activities (stand-up call, backlog reviews, spring planning) Work on your specific project (proposal, technical design, coding and testing in simulation) Participate in testing code (including yours) on actual vehicles on our test track. Participate in various overall campus activities. During your internship, you will be working with the team in our simulated and real environment to develop the required software for one of the following projects: Machine Learning Pipeline. Radar and vision-based parking in a tight environment. Multi-sensory localization.

Requirements

  • Currently be pursuing a Master’s, or PhD degree in Core Engineering discipline.
  • Enrolled in a full-time Master’s or Ph.D. degree program in Robotics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Familiarity with robotics, controls, perception, and IOT techniques.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python, C/C++, etc.) and AI coding tools.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
  • Ability to work on site.
  • Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire; Nissan uses E-Verify to validate employment eligibility.
