About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an Automotive Wheel Technician to travel to customer locations and repair and refinish vehicle wheels. The role uses grinding and sanding tools to fix cosmetic damage, including curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels, then paints and refinishes wheels to a like-new condition. The technician also provides customer service and promotes Dent Wizard’s services. This hands-on role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and independently managing the workday. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential. The posting gives expected starting compensation of $45,000–$110,000 per year and also describes long-term earning potential of $60,000–$110,000+.

Requirements

Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Have customer service and sales skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
Be detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and safety.
Have manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Have a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Have close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Have the physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, lift up to 75 pounds, and work on your feet.
Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities
