About The Position

The Automotive Wash Bay Technician is responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the organization's standards and meet customer-specific requirements. This role involves various cleaning and detailing tasks, maintaining service tools and equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by management. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors or in a garage setting, and requires attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.

Previous detail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
Apply wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
Apply protective sealant.
Refurbishing headlights.
Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
Inspect the vehicles thoroughly for pre delivery.
Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
