Requirements

Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience
Strong understanding of repair orders, labor operations, and warranty documentation
Experience working inside a high-volume dealership service department
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work closely with service management, advisors, and technicians
