Requirements

  • Previous automotive leadership experience
  • Strong trade appraisal skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Computer software and Internet proficiency
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent critical thinking ability
  • Steady work and performance history
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding leadership skills
