About The Position

Flow Volkswagen of Durham is seeking an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager. Applicants must have experience as an automotive sales manager (new or used) or as an automotive finance manager. Our sales managers must be adept at working a plan for success and understanding the processes necessary to achieve their objectives. They must be able to readily assess the capabilities, progress, and efforts of their staff and spend their days developing their salespeople. If our sales managers are off their forecast, they need a plan to improve. If they are on their forecast, they need a plan to excel. We train our sales managers in our way of doing things and help them adapt to the new, technology-assisted automotive marketplace by providing the correct tools and processes to succeed. The successful applicant will have exemplary customer satisfaction scores. This is determined by their personal (or department) scores as well as their scores in comparison to the overall dealership and regional ranking within the brand managed.

Requirements

  • Experience as an automotive sales manager (new or used) or as an automotive finance manager.
  • Demonstrated success as an automotive sales manager.
  • Stability - not jumping from dealership to dealership.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
