About The Position
Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield, located in Springfield MO, is in need of an experienced Title Clerk. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proficient multi-tasker with a positive attitude and is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers.
Requirements
- Experienced Title Clerk
- Extremely detail-oriented

- Pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing
Responsibilities
- Complete and verify documents are correct on customer paperwork
- Mailing title work to customers
- Assist customers with title issues and questions
- Order duplicate titles
- File all liens, including MO, KS & AR.
- Update and maintain accurate dealership specific documents and spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
