About The Position

Harr Motor Group is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help facilitate smooth transactions and support our dealership’s operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external agencies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Knowledge of state vehicle title laws and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bank payoffs for vehicles traded in and purchases.
• Prepare documents for wholesale transactions.
• Process dealer to dealer trades.
• Prepare bank deposits and scanning.
• Maintain accurate records of all title transactions and communications.
• Verify vehicle information and ownership details for compliance.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to vehicle paperwork as needed.
