About The Position
Plaza Motors in Creve Coeur serves a high-line clientele in the automotive space, and we are looking for a team member with high attention to detail and superb customer service to join our team in the position of Title Specialist. Plaza Motors is a division of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup.
Requirements
- Two+ related experience and/or training with automotive titling.
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills.
Responsibilities
- Processes car deals.
- Verifies costs for the accounting department.
- Handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
- Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
- Prepare tax and title documents to be registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Assist in preparing ULC auction list.
- Research all stock numbers for close outs and titles.
- Call on lien releases.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
