About The Position
Tire Source is hiring a full-time Sales Team Member who is eager to learn and advance in their career. We need to add a qualified candidate to our team of hard-working and knowledgeable sales team members. Paid ASE Certification and job training are also provided.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry
- A mindset to continuously learn new technical information in order to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Generate sales in store and over the phone
- Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services
- Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results
- Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
