About The Position

Tire Source is hiring a full-time Sales Team Member who is eager to learn and advance in their career. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, explaining product features and benefits, partnering with the Service Department, recommending services, and staying up-to-date with automotive industry changes. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe work environment and possess a positive, team-oriented attitude. Tire Source is a family-owned and operated business since 1991 with six locations in NE Ohio, offering dealer-quality service with ASE certified technicians.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Demonstrated customer service skills
Proven sales experience in tires and complete car care
Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service
Generate sales in store and over the phone
Explain the features and benefits of multiple tire products, tire related services and automotive services
Partner with Service Department on vehicle maintenance inspection results
Recommend services and create estimates based on inspections performed
Continuously learn new technical information to stay on top of the rapidly changing automotive industry
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Have a positive attitude and be team-oriented
