About The Position
As vehicles are getting more and more advanced and customers are becoming even more knowledgeable, we have a team who is trained in support of the ever-changing vehicle demands with technology. This role focuses on professionalism and customer orientation for our dynamic delivery process, continuously building knowledge of new and updated product information, and actively learning and applying new and upcoming vehicle technology to daily services. The specialist will accurately assist customers while introducing them to vehicles.
Requirements
- Superior customer service skills
- Valid MVR + Good driving record
- Ability to follow through on leads and close sales
- Excellent Verbal and non-Verbal communication
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Continuously build knowledge of new and updated product information
- Actively learn and apply the new and upcoming technology for vehicles to daily services
