About The Position
Join a growing Toyota service department that's just getting started. Since opening our brand-new dealership in Medford, our service business has continued to grow rapidly. We've expanded our technician team, increased our service volume, and we're still early in what we believe will be a significant period of growth. We are looking for Automotive Technicians who want to grow with us. This is a rapidly growing service business with increasing repair volume, a 37-bay, state-of-the-art service facility with the latest Toyota diagnostic equipment and technology, and a strong, consistent workflow with significant room for continued growth. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on Toyota vehicles
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Contribute to a team committed to taking care of our guests—and each other
