About The Position
A well-established German high-end automotive repair business in Honolulu, Hawaii, operating since 1994, is hiring an Automotive Technician/Mechanic. The shop works primarily on BMW/MINI and Porsche, as well as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and other premium and exotic vehicles. The company describes its culture as collaborative and family-oriented, with a focus on helping employees succeed. The role offers flat-rate pay with a guarantee and high income potential. The shop focuses on vehicles coming off factory warranty, pre-screens jobs to avoid complex diagnostics or poorly maintained older cars, and minimizes non-repair tasks and paperwork to support technician efficiency. Flexible scheduling may include a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with a three-day weekend, adjusted start and finish times, or the option to work certain Saturdays. The posting also describes a Monday-to-Friday workweek with no weekends. The technician must be able to relocate to Honolulu, Hawaii within 30–45 days. Relocation assistance is offered.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working on Porsche and/or BMW vehicles and other European cars or exotics.
- Ability to relocate to Honolulu, Hawaii within 30–45 days.
- Valid driver’s license.
