Requirements

ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop
Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one
Valid driver’s license
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance

Responsibilities

Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance.
Perform Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.
Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues.
Maintain accurate service documentation for completed work.
Work collaboratively with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely.
Provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers.
