Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service needs and vehicle condition
