Requirements
- A or B level technician.
- Ford Certified (for specific roles like Line Technicians, Diesel Technicians, Electrical Specialists, Transmission Technicians, Engine Technicians).
- Strong diagnostic ability.
- Quality-focused mindset.

- Team player.
- Reliable work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Current certified Ford MASTER technicians may be eligible for SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITIES!!
- FORD experience a major plus — but not required for the right technician.
- 5+ years of professional technician experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive service technician duties.
- Work in a clean, professional, high-performing shop.
- Turn serious hours and maintain 45+ hours weekly.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Utilize paid factory training.
