Automotive Technician - A-Level or Strong B Level
About The Position
Al's Certified Auto Repair is seeking an A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join their team. This is an opportunity to join one of Central Maine's premier independent repair shops, where the focus is on building careers, developing leaders, and fostering a supportive team environment. The shop has been serving the Augusta community for 25 years and is known for its integrity, quality, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. They are a teaching shop with an apprentice program and are looking for someone willing to share knowledge and mentor others.
Requirements
- A-Level or strong B-Level technician.
- Maine State Inspection License (A & E preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license (clean, no major violations).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and personal references.
- Values integrity, teamwork, and growth.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certifications (preferred or be willing to acquire).
