Technicians who stay calm under pressure, diagnose accurately, and complete repairs right the first time. You’ll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision, alongside a team that communicates clearly and supports you with training, the right tools, and steady work. Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning
• Technical certifications and/or formal training
• Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix
• Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation
• Quality-focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners
• Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
• Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for results

Responsibilities

• Diagnose fast & accurate—pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan
• Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time
• Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs
• Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts—keep approvals clear and parts moving
• Document findings and recommendations clearly—pro-level notes, no surprises, no confusion
• Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road-ready
