About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join the team at a full-service repair shop. This position focuses on advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs including engines, transmissions, suspension, and drivetrain systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Own tools required
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
- Perform major repairs including engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems
- Conduct full vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Utilize scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
