Requirements
- 1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced diagnostic skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Your own set of tools.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications and/or manufacturer factory training are a huge plus (and rewarded).
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of customer and dealership vehicles.
- Perform everything from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical repairs using cutting-edge diagnostic tools and manufacturer service data.
- Partner with Service Advisors to provide transparent vehicle needs, digital inspections, and accurate repair recommendations.
- Keep your skills sharp by staying current with evolving automotive technology and factory service procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay to ensure a productive team environment.
