About The Position

Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford is looking for Experienced Automotive Technicians to join their developing and expansive family of service providers. The work schedule is 4 days a week, with 5 days straight off every 3 weeks. Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years prior technician experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong focus on providing the best service experience for every customer.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Possess one or more ASE certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Work towards Master Technician certification if not a Master Technician already.

Responsibilities

  • Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures.
  • Test drive vehicles to identify any concerns or issues.
  • Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicles.
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
  • Work as a team with the service department professionals.
  • Participate in classes and training to advance knowledge of working on vehicles.
  • Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
