About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati, a Hudson Automotive Company, is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. This role offers the opportunity to earn $20 to $25 per flat-rate hour in a climate-controlled facility, with access to continued manufacturer training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive dealership experience
- Manufacturer certifications
- ASE certifications
- Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience
- High-volume dealership experience
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
- Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components
- Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs
- Stay current on manufacturer technical information and repair procedures
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
