About The Position
We recently took over a reputable auto repair shop in Brookfield WI for over 30 years, and we are building on its previous success by upgrading its systems, adding more team members and creating a culture of excellence where everyone shares in the company’s success. We are building a friendly and “safe” environment where it’s normal to ask for help. We have a plan to grow to 5 locations in the next few years, and we are looking for good and ethical technicians who can also be mentors for junior technicians. If you are a leader with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, we’re interested in speaking with you and sharing our vision.
Requirements
- A leader with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes
- A valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Ethical technicians who can also be mentors for junior technicians.
Responsibilities
- Help and mentor other technicians without being penalized for flagging fewer hours.
- Be a leader with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
