About The Position
Byrider is seeking an Automotive Technician for their Madison, WI location. This is an immediate hire position with new ownership. The role involves inspecting vehicles from auctions and wholesalers, diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles, performing test drives as needed, and helping to ensure shop safety.
Requirements
- Auto Technician / Auto Mechanic experience
- Valid driver's license
- Set of tools (specialty tools provided)
- Able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Inspect cars from auctions, wholesalers, etc.
- Diagnose & repair customer vehicles
- Test drives as needed
- Help ensure shop safety
Benefits
- Up to $35.00 per hour (not flat rate)
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week
- $2,500.00 sign-on bonus
- Tool bonus up to $1,000.00 a year
- Monthly team bonus up to $500.00
- No nights or weekends
