About The Position

The responsibilities of a B-Tech/Apprentice Technician include maintaining and repairing customer vehicles. There is more than one position available. ASE certificate is not a requirement depending on role but must have great communication skills. We are currently celebrating our 30th anniversary of providing an elevated experience to our customers regardless of their price point. We achieve this by both working with and for the clients to exceed their expectations of a car buying experience. We do not want to just service their car today, but also their next and so on. Establishing a relationship is only a part of it. We provide them with a superior product and experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor/Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
