About The Position
Lithia & Driveway is hiring experienced Service Technicians, Class A and B, for their Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac location. This is a full-time, flat-rate position with a pay range of $30-$55 per flat rate hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role involves performing automotive repairs and diagnostics according to dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring quality and safety. Technicians are responsible for maintaining their own tools and documenting work performed.
Requirements
- Prior automotive repair experience required, 2+ years
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Nice To Haves
- ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
