About The Position

Tri Lakes Motors is looking for Technicians to join our team who will deliver an excellent customer experience! A welcome bonus is available for qualified candidates, depending on experience. As a Main Line Technician, you will perform needed repairs in accordance with factory specifications and time standards in order to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform needed repairs in accordance with factory specifications and time standards.
• Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in vehicle repairs.
• Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards.
• Clearly and effectively communicate technical information regarding customer vehicles to Service Advisors.
• Comply with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, and ensure that all estimates and work orders are accurate.
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.
