Kocourek Subaru is hiring B & C level technicians who want to learn, earn, and be part of a team that supports their development. This role involves performing maintenance and light to mid-level repairs, assisting with diagnostics and more complex repairs as you grow, working closely with experienced technicians and advisors, completing work efficiently while maintaining quality, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. Requirements

• 1+ year of automotive or mechanical experience (school or shop)
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Willingness to learn and grow your skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player mindset
• Valid driver’s license
