About The Position

Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a high-volume, well-organized shop. This is a flat-rate role where your income is driven by your production—and where the work is there to support it. Entry-level or slower producers typically fall toward the lower end, while experienced, productive technicians earn significantly more. The shop has the volume to keep you turning hours.

Requirements

• Proven technician experience (required)
• Ability to flag hours consistently
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Team player with a solid work ethic
• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Toyota experience is a plus—but not required

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
• Handle maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
