About The Position

McGrath Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join their high-performing service team. Technicians work in a modern, air-conditioned facility equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, and OEM resources. The position offers upgraded pay plans, a four-day work week, and ongoing paid training.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician or mechanic experience required
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
Experience performing maintenance, drivability, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
Perform accurate diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems
Communicate repair recommendations and findings with Service Advisors
Order and install the correct parts required for each repair
Maintain accurate repair documentation while following dealership and OEM safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
