They offer an award-winning training program that can lead to career advancement from entry-level technician to service center manager. The company welcomes all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, including recent high school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning to civilian life. Hiring managers will be on-site extending offers to qualified candidates during a special hiring event.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
  • Achieve SuperPro certification.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
