About The Position
Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is looking for friendly, motivated team players and leaders. They offer an award-winning training program that can take individuals from entry-level technician to service center manager. They welcome all types of talent, regardless of background or experience, including recent high-school graduates, seasoned professionals, and veterans transitioning back into civilian life. The company is hosting a hiring event for their Ventura, Thousand Oaks, and Camarillo service centers on Tuesday, May 5th from 9am - 12pm, where hiring managers will be extending offers to qualified candidates on site. No experience is required for entry-level positions, and paid on-the-job training is provided. The entry-level wage is set at $21.00/hour.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
- Achieve SuperPro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
