About The Position
Rod's Tire & Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a full-time position in Medina, TN. This role offers a Monday through Friday work schedule with no weekends, competitive flat-rate pay, and opportunities for growth within an established independent repair shop. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience in a shop environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems
- Complete maintenance services and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Identify repair needs through thorough inspections and diagnostics
- Produce accurate, high-quality work in an efficient manner
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to keep work moving smoothly
