About The Position
Import AutoWerks is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. We are a locally owned, independent European automotive repair facility specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and electric vehicles. This is an opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, working with advanced diagnostic equipment, and delivering high-quality repair work in a professional, well-equipped shop environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Experience with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI) preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Technical training or ASE certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair services on imported and European vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete thorough inspections and document findings accurately
- Perform repairs including brakes, suspension, engine, cooling systems, and related systems
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with service staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
