Experienced Automotive Technician - BMW of Fort Washington
About The Position
BMW of Fort Washington is growing and seeking experienced Automotive Technicians. Qualifying technicians can expect a premier hiring package. Technicians will perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. This includes diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing appropriate repairs, as well as road-testing vehicles to ensure quality of repair and documenting work performed on the repair order. The role is in a state-of-the-art, temperature-regulated facility with an onsite parts department and offers a positive, success-driven work environment.
Requirements
- 4 years automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop
- ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications
- Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in last 3 years
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
- Document work performed on repair order
