We are growing and looking for Experienced Automotive Mechanics/Technicians to work with our High Volume BMW Dealership! Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about employees.

Requirements

• 2 Years Flag Rate Technician Preferred
• A Love of Everything Automotive
• A Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Tools based on your experience.
• Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Experience as European Technician will be a Plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair.
• Keep abreast of new automotive technology and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
