About The Position

This role offers steady work with over 1,000 appointments per month and a 95% show rate. Technicians work in a fully air-conditioned shop equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic equipment and smart scheduling software. Requirements

• 2+ years as an automotive technician (preferred, not required — we'll talk to anyone with strong skills and the right attitude)
• Solid mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• A team-first mindset and pride in your work

Nice To Haves

• ASE or Ford certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford and other vehicles using factory tools
• Handle maintenance: brakes, tires, oil, alignments, inspections
• Work alongside service advisors to keep customers in the loop
• Mentor junior techs when the opportunity comes up
• Keep your bay clean, safe, and dialed in
