We are seeking a dependable Automotive Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in a fast-paced dealership service department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • General automotive repair and diagnostic knowledge
  • Ability to safely use shop tools and electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or repair shop

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications or OEM training
  • Experience with diagnostics, electrical systems, or other driving concerns
  • Willingness to continue training and skill development

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Repair and maintain vehicle systems including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and air conditioning.
  • Test drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
  • Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Communicate repair findings and estimated completion times with service advisors.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
  • Stay current on updated repair procedures and new vehicle technology.
