Requirements

2+ years previous automotive technician experience required
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop equipment
Willingness to learn and grow with new technology

Nice To Haves

Vocational/technical training or certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and to dealership standards
Diagnose and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Use the latest diagnostic tools and OEM technology
Work independently while collaborating with a skilled, supportive team
Clearly document and communicate repairs
Explain diagnoses and repairs in a customer-friendly manner
Inspect and test new vehicles prior to delivery
Maintain shop tools and equipment
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology
