About The Position
This is a full-time trainee position for an Automotive Technician at CJ's. The primary goal is to provide timely and error-free tire and automotive services, adhering to company policies. The trainee will gain the necessary knowledge and experience to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
- Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles.
- Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Any additional duties assigned by the store Manager.
