About The Position

This is a full-time trainee position for an Automotive Technician at CJ's. The primary goal is to provide timely and error-free tire and automotive services, adhering to company policies. The trainee will gain the necessary knowledge and experience to work independently and become a successful automotive technician. CJ's is a family-owned and operated business with 50 years of history.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively.
Must be able to adapt to severe climate variances.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections notating conditions that exist on vehicles.
Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
Any additional duties assigned by the store Manager.
