About The Position
We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, team player, and have a positive attitude. Seeking technicians to diagnose and present solutions, with integrity, transparency and a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Expand knowledge and grow in experience, as an automotive technician across a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles Complete accurate, and transparent digital courtesy vehicle inspections. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns effectively. Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate findings related to guest concerns Work together as a team, to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication.
- A desire for long-term career development.
