About The Position
The Automobile Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing cars and light trucks. She/he provides the mechanical support for the automobile dealership. Requires proficient use of basic hand tools.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- State & Emissions License required
- Automotive Technician experience
- Proficient use of basic hand tools
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting data
- Ability to navigate through manufacturer workshop manuals
- Perform state inspection/emissions
- Calibrating precise measurements
- Problem solving
- Communicating with the public
- Completion of written work order
- Manual dexterity
- Mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
