About The Position
Kal’s Motor Group is looking to add a dependable, hardworking Automotive Technician to our Marshall service team. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and a strong team environment. This role focuses on light mechanical work and general vehicle maintenance. We’re looking for someone who can jump in, keep jobs moving efficiently, and help deliver a great overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive repair preferred
- Must have your own tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to step in and assist customers when needed
Responsibilities
- Perform brake jobs, struts, and suspension work
- Replace wheel bearings and perform basic mechanical repairs
- Assist with general vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Help support the front counter and customer service needs as necessary
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet shop productivity goals
