Automotive Technician - Experienced
About The Position

Beaman Toyota, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. We're looking for technicians who know vehicles, take pride in quality repairs, and want the opportunity to maximize their earning potential. With up to $35 per flat-rate hour, production bonuses, high repair volume, flexible scheduling, and up to $10,000 in sign-on or relocation assistance, this is an opportunity built for experienced technicians ready to take the next step.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to perform high-quality repairs efficiently
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship
- Self-motivated, productive, team-oriented, and committed to continuing their professional development.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards
- Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns
- Utilize Toyota diagnostic equipment and special service tools
- Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain needed components
- Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work
- Stay current on Toyota technical bulletins, repair procedures, and emerging technologies
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs
- Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
- Properly care for customer vehicles, dealership equipment, and tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all dealership and applicable workplace safety procedures
