About The Position

Link Auto CDJR is hiring an Automotive Technician/Diagnostic Specialist in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. The role offers a guaranteed hourly base rate for every hour worked, plus production bonuses for hours produced above standard targets. The posting describes steady dealership volume and modern factory equipment intended to support efficient work without flat-rate pay stress. Compensation is $25–$40 per hour base, with production bonuses and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 or more annually. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is also advertised.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or evenings. Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional automotive diagnostics and repair experience.

• ASE certifications or factory training.
