About The Position

We are seeking a driven, eager-to-learn Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our close-knit service team. At our family-owned dealership, you aren't just a number—you're an investment. We will pair you directly with a Master Technician for hands-on mentoring and fully cover the costs for your upcoming ASE and OEM certifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience preferred (any make or model welcome), though we will consider the right candidate with less.
• Solid working knowledge of entry-level service tasks, including general maintenance and fluid exchanges.
• A strong desire to advance your skills and achieve Master Technician status.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and a 10-year driving record review.

Nice To Haves

• Holding 1 or 2 ASE certifications is a major plus.
• Basic diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level service tasks.
• Conduct general maintenance.
• Perform fluid exchanges.
• Learn from a Master Technician through hands-on mentoring.
