Automotive Technician and Management for Honorably Discharged Veteran

Requirements

- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
- Achieve SuperPro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- At least 6 months automotive experience and/or one year of retail shift leader/key holder experience may qualify you for Assistant Manager
- 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business is required qualify for Service Center Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assisting with the daily operations of opening and closing the service center.
- Providing superior service to customers.
- Be an expert in the products and services we offer.
