About The Position

AIR CONDITIONED SHOP! - STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT- 5 DAY WORK WEEK - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY + WEEKLY PERFORMANCE BONUS WE ARE SEEKING QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN A LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN. Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of professional automotive repair experience.
Strong knowledge of advanced diagnostic procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
Proficiency with scan tools and specialized equipment.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to complete complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostic procedures on engine, transmission, electrical, and computer systems.
Complete complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission replacements.
Use OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues.
Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Provide leadership by mentoring and training B-level technicians.
Conduct final quality checks on vehicles before customer delivery.
Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with warranty and dealership requirements.
Stay current on new automotive technology and participate in ongoing training.
Assist service advisors with technical explanations for customers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
